Service
VIPListed operates as a nightlife service service, facilitating introductions between clients and London venues for table reservations and guestlist access. We do not own or operate any venue.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to venue availability and venue-specific terms. VIPListed makes no guarantee of availability. Minimum spend requirements are set by individual venues and are not controlled by VIPListed.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary by venue. VIPListed will communicate venue-specific cancellation terms at the time of booking. We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours before your reservation if you need to amend or cancel.
Liability
VIPListed acts as an introduction service only. We accept no liability for venue conduct, service quality, or events outside our reasonable control.
Age restriction
All venues served by VIPListed enforce strict over-18 (or over-21) admission policies. Valid ID is required for entry at all venues.
