Do you add a mark-up to ticket prices?
No. Official prices are passed on as they are. Our only charge on a booking is an Agency Service Fee where one applies, always shown on your quote before you pay. Some partners pay us a commission, at no cost to you.
Why don't you show prices on every event?
Many hospitality and VIP packages have no fixed price until dates and allocations are confirmed. Tell us the event, date and group size and we'll give you the official price in writing.
Is there a booking fee for club tables?
No. You pay the venue's minimum spend on the night, or a deposit if the venue asks for one. VIPListed is paid by the venue or promoter.
Can I pay in instalments?
For larger hospitality bookings, ask us. Many partners offer staged payments, and any deposit and balance dates are agreed in writing before you pay.
Do you accept crypto?
Yes, alongside card and bank transfer.
Tickets
Are your tickets official?
Yes. We only book through official organisers and their authorised partners. We don't sell resale or general-admission tickets.
Can you get UK football hospitality?
Yes, but only through the club's own hospitality programme or a partner the club has authorised. It's an offence in the UK to resell a football ticket without the club's permission, and we don't.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
Ticket and package refunds follow the organiser's policy, and we handle the claim for you. If we couldn't secure your booking in the first place, you get everything you paid back.
Can I resell or transfer my tickets?
Only if the organiser's terms allow it. Tickets are issued for the named guests.

How do I book?
Press Request on any event or venue page, or message us on WhatsApp with the event or venue, date and group size. We confirm availability, the price and the terms in writing before you pay.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within the hour during the day and evening, UK time. Busy event weeks can take a little longer.
Who is VIPListed?
VIPListed is operated by OFLuxury International Ltd and is part of of.luxury. We're not the event organiser; tickets and hospitality are supplied by official organisers and their authorised partners under their own terms.
