If we can't secure your booking
If we are unable to confirm your booking, we refund everything you have paid, in full, to the method you paid with.
The Agency Service Fee
Where an Agency Service Fee applies, it is shown on your quote before you pay. Once your booking is confirmed, the fee is non-refundable, because our service of sourcing and securing the booking has been carried out. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If an event is cancelled or changed
Refunds of the ticket or package price follow the organiser's or partner's terms. We will tell you as soon as we know, make the claim with the organiser for you and pass on any refund due.
If you need to cancel
Tell us as early as you can. Whether the ticket or package price can be refunded or transferred depends on the organiser's terms, which we give you before you pay. Tickets are for the named guests only and can't be resold or transferred unless the organiser's terms allow it.
Bookings made with a partner
If you booked directly with one of our partners through a link on our site, your contract is with that partner and their refund terms apply. We're happy to help you contact them.
Club tables
There is no VIPListed fee on club tables. Any deposit is paid to the venue and its own cancellation and no-show rules apply; we pass them on when we confirm your table.
