Clear, upfront pricing

Ticket and hospitality prices are set by the official organiser or their authorised partner, and we pass them on as they are. Here's exactly how VIPListed is paid.

How it works

  1. Choose your experience. Browse official hospitality, premium seats, VIP packages and club tables, then send us your date and group size.
  2. We secure it. We confirm availability with the official organiser or partner and send you a clear quote with the full price, before you pay anything.
  3. Enjoy. Your tickets and details arrive before the event, and our team is on hand throughout.

Official prices, never marked up

We never add a mark-up to an official ticket or package price. Many hospitality packages have no fixed price until dates and allocations are confirmed, so we give you the official price when you enquire, in writing, with any fee shown separately.

The ways you can book

  • Club tables: no booking fee. You pay the venue's minimum spend on the night (or a deposit the venue asks for). We are paid by the venue or promoter, not by you.
  • Booking with our partners. Where an event is available through one of our official partners, you book directly with them at their price. There is no extra cost to you. We may earn a commission from the partner; see our affiliate disclosure.
  • Booked through official channels. Where we arrange a package through the organiser's official programme, you pay the official price. If an Agency Service Fee applies to your booking, it is on your quote before you commit.
  • Agency Service Fee. Where we source, secure and manage a package for you and the supplier pays us nothing, we charge an Agency Service Fee of 15% of the booking value (minimum £150). The fee is always shown before you pay, as its own line on your invoice.
  • Invitation-only and off-market. Hard-to-get access is handled by our sister concierge, OF.luxury, and its terms are explained before anything is booked.

Where you book with a partner or at the official price with no fee, your quote shows the official price and the total only.

If we can't secure it, you don't pay

If we're unable to confirm your booking, you get a full refund of everything you've paid. Once a booking is confirmed, refunds of the ticket or package price follow the organiser's terms. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Members

OF.luxury members receive a reduced Agency Service Fee of 10%.

Paying

We accept card, bank transfer and crypto. Packages are paid in full to confirm unless a deposit is stated on your quote; any deposit and balance dates are agreed in writing first.
