Searching for “arsenal football hospitality” or “chelsea hospitality tickets” throws up a mix of club pages, agents and resellers. This guide sets out what each London Premier League club sells at each level, what is usually included, and why buying ticket-only from an unauthorised reseller is a problem in UK football.

Which London clubs are in the Premier League in 2026/27?

Six London clubs are in the Premier League this season: Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham, Crystal Palace and Brentford. West Ham United were relegated at the end of 2025/26 along with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley, so a search for “west ham hospitality tickets” now leads to Championship fixtures at the London Stadium. If you want a Premier League day out in London, the six clubs below are your options.

Everything here comes from each club’s own public hospitality pages, which we read on 16 October 2026. Club pages change as fixtures sell, so treat this as a guide to how each club structures its offer, not a price list.

The levels, in plain terms

Almost every club sells the same ladder, under different names.

  • Premium seat with lounge access. A padded seat, a bar and light food. The entry rung.
  • Club or restaurant level. A reserved table or buffet before kick-off, drinks included or semi-included, and better seats. This is where most corporate and group bookings sit.
  • Fine dining. Multi-course menus, sommelier-led wine and a seat on the halfway line. Fulham, Chelsea and Tottenham all sell a version of this.
  • Private box or suite. A private room for a group of four to fifteen or more, with a dedicated host and a pitch-facing balcony or seats outside the door.
  • Experience packages. Seats behind the bench, a tunnel visit or pitchside access on selected matchdays. These are the most expensive per head.

Arsenal (Emirates Stadium)

Arsenal’s hospitality site groups its offer into Box Level, Club Level and private boxes, plus Champions League and cup hospitality. The club says it requires smart casual in hospitality areas; Arsenal colours are welcome, away colours are not allowed across Club and Box Level.

These are the club’s own published prices, not ours; we take enquiries only. On its packages page on 16 October 2026 Arsenal showed “from” prices per person of £239 for The Academy (premium seats, three complimentary drinks), £599 for Woolwich Arsenal (private lounge, champagne on arrival) and £999 for The Heritage (private table). Executive boxes started from £6,990 per box for 10, 12 or 15 guests. The page did not state whether these include VAT. The club also says Club Level is sold out for the current season, with a waiting list taking a 25% deposit per person, and that tickets are emailed to the lead contact three to five days before the fixture.

Chelsea (Stamford Bridge)

Chelsea sells matchday experiences and seasonal hospitality through Club Chelsea. We could not read a full price list for matchday packages, so we do not quote one. What the club does publish is detail on the day: most suites open two and a half hours before kick-off, hospitality areas close an hour after full time, and plated meals are not guaranteed if you arrive less than an hour before kick-off.

The dress code is smart casual throughout hospitality. Smart trainers, smart jeans and tailored shorts are fine; tracksuits, casual shorts and away colours are not, and staff can refuse entry. Some areas, including the Museum and the Canoville Suite, are exempt. The club’s hospitality site marked the 24 October 2026 fixture against Tottenham as limited availability when we looked.

Tottenham Hotspur (Tottenham Hotspur Stadium)

These are the club’s own published prices, not ours; we take enquiries only. Tottenham has the clearest public ladder. On 16 October 2026 its hospitality site listed “from” prices per person of £249 for Premium Seats (padded seat, premium bars and lounges, light food), £349 for Stratus (halfway-line seats, bowl food before and after), £399 for Stadium Social, and £549 for the three Residency options with a five-course tasting menu or a three-course meal. Private Loge Suites started from £3,294 per six-person box and Broadcast Booths from £1,494 per box. VAT status was not shown.

The club’s FAQ page does not state a dress code or a booking lead time, and points to its Premium Experience Team for both.

Fulham (Craven Cottage)

These are the club’s own published prices, not ours; we take enquiries only. Fulham sells hospitality in the Riverside Stand and at Level 1 and the Sky Deck. Its hospitality site showed “from” prices per person on 16 October 2026 of £118.80 for Matchday Plus, £178.80 for The Dugout (seats behind the bench), £298.80 for the Sky Deck and £418.80 for Constance on Matchdays, a dining room curated by Adam Byatt. The Cottage, a private space for six at the Players’ Entrance, started from £2,400. The page did not state VAT or a dress code.

The club flagged the Carabao Cup tie against Crystal Palace on 28 October 2026 as limited availability when we looked.

Crystal Palace (Selhurst Park)

These are the club’s own published prices, not ours; we take enquiries only. Palace markets four lounges and executive boxes, and is mostly set up around seasonal packages, with match-by-match options by enquiry. Its Malcolm Allison Lounge page lists a fine-dining buffet, a premium bar and Directors’ Box seats on the halfway line, “from £2,550 +VAT” on the page we read on 16 October 2026. The club asks you to speak to its team to discuss options and does not publish a dress code on that page.

Brentford (Gtech Community Stadium)

Brentford runs premium seats and lounges rather than a long menu of packages. The club’s FAQ describes three lounges (Legends, Railway and Orchard, Fortress) with inclusions that run from a programme and one drink to complimentary food and drink. The dress code in the premium lounges is smart casual, and smart denim is allowed. Lounges open two hours before kick-off and close an hour after the final whistle. The club says match-by-match premium seats are limited and subject to availability, so contact its Premium Services team early.

How far ahead to book

None of the six clubs gives a rule. What the pages do show is a pattern: the top tiers go first, Arsenal has a waiting list for Club Level, and Chelsea and Fulham already flag some fixtures as limited availability. For a derby, a Champions League night or a Saturday 3pm game against a top-six side, ask as soon as the fixture and kick-off time are confirmed. For an ordinary midweek game you have more room.

Why ticket-only from a reseller is a legal problem

Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 makes it an offence for an unauthorised person to sell a ticket for a designated football match or otherwise dispose of it. A person is unauthorised unless the match organisers have authorised them in writing. “Selling” is defined widely: it includes offering a ticket for sale and advertising one. The maximum penalty on summary conviction is a level 5 fine.

The offence is the seller’s, not the buyer’s. But the practical risk lands on you: the club can cancel the ticket and refuse entry, and Arsenal’s own site advises against buying hospitality or tickets through any other channel or resale platform because it cannot verify them. Hospitality packages sold by the club or through channels the club has set up are the legal route. For the wider picture, including the Consumer Rights Act rules and planned changes, read our UK ticket resale law guide.

How VIPListed fits in

We do not sell ticket-only football seats and we are not a resale platform. Club-by-club hospitality is arranged on request: you send an enquiry, we check what is available through official channels, and we confirm the package, the total price and the terms in writing before you pay. Every VIPListed event is enquiry-only, so there is no price to quote here. See how pricing works and football hospitality.

Frequently asked questions

Which London clubs are in the Premier League in 2026/27?

Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Fulham, Crystal Palace and Brentford. West Ham United were relegated at the end of 2025/26, so they are not playing Premier League football at the London Stadium this season.

Is it illegal to buy a football ticket from a reseller?

For a designated football match, it is an offence for an unauthorised person to sell a ticket (section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994). The offence is committed by the seller. Buying from an unauthorised seller is not the offence, but the ticket can be cancelled and you can be refused entry.

How far ahead should I book football hospitality?

The clubs do not publish a fixed lead time. Arsenal says some of its hospitality is sold out for the current season with a waiting list, and Chelsea and Fulham mark some fixtures as limited availability, so for a big fixture it is sensible to ask as soon as the fixture list is out.

Is there a dress code?

Chelsea and Arsenal both state smart casual in hospitality areas, and Brentford says smart casual in its premium lounges with smart denim allowed. Tottenham, Fulham and Palace did not state a dress code on the pages we read, so confirm it with the club. Away colours are not allowed in hospitality at Chelsea or Arsenal.

Do the club prices include VAT?

It varies. Crystal Palace shows its Malcolm Allison Lounge price as plus VAT. Arsenal, Tottenham and Fulham did not state VAT status on the pages we read, so ask for the total price in writing before you pay.

Does VIPListed sell football tickets on their own?

No. We do not sell ticket-only football seats or resale tickets. You can send an enquiry for hospitality and we confirm the package, the total price and the terms in writing before you pay.
