The dress code at Maddox is smart dress required: Smart & Sexy — heels for ladies, smart shirt & dress shoes for gents. No sportswear, trainers, flip-flops or caps. The door team at 3–5 Mill Street, Mayfair W1S 2AU has the final say on the night, so plan your outfit around the strictest version of the rule. Doors open 10 pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and groups with a table booking arrive together and are seated by the club's team.
