1. Who we are
VIPListed ("VIPListed", "we", "us", "our") is a trading name of OF Luxury International Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17307764), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. VIPListed is part of of.luxury.
You can contact us on WhatsApp through the buttons on this site, or by email at our contact address.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use viplisted.com (the "site"), ask us to arrange a table or hospitality, or list a venue or event with us. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where a term here would be unfair or unlawful, it doesn't apply to the extent it is unfair or unlawful.
3. What VIPListed does
VIPListed helps you find and book VIP experiences. We do this in two different ways, and it matters which one applies:
- Club and restaurant tables. You message us (usually on WhatsApp) and we arrange a table for you with the venue. We act as an introducer between you and the venue. Your table, and the money you spend on it, is between you and the venue (see section 4).
- Hospitality and VIP packages (sport hospitality, music, arts and culture, festivals). You request a package from us (usually on WhatsApp) and we source it through organisers' and venues' own channels and our partner network. Nothing is booked until we confirm it to you in writing (see section 5).
We do not own or operate any venue, event or team. We do not sell resale, general-admission or standing tickets, we are not a secondary ticketing platform, and we do not sell alcohol.
4. Club and restaurant table bookings
4.1 How a booking works
Tell us the venue, date, group size and budget. We check availability with the venue (or its appointed promoter) and come back to you. A table is only booked once we have confirmed it to you in writing (for example on WhatsApp), with the venue, date, arrival time and minimum spend.
4.2 Minimum spend, deposits and payment
- Most tables carry a minimum spend: the least your group agrees to spend at the venue on the night, usually on drinks. It is not an entry fee. Service charge, taxes and any venue fees may be added by the venue on top.
- You pay the venue directly on the night, unless the venue asks for a deposit or pre-payment. If it does, we will tell you before you pay who the money goes to and the venue's cancellation terms.
- VIPListed does not charge you a booking fee for tables.
4.3 Changes, cancellations and no-shows
Each venue sets its own policy on cancellations, late arrival, no-shows and refunds of deposits, and we'll pass it on when we confirm. If you need to change or cancel, tell us as early as you can and we'll ask the venue. Venues may release a table if your group arrives later than the agreed time.
4.4 Entry is the venue's decision
A confirmed table does not guarantee entry. Venues decide entry at the door, including for age and ID, dress code, group make-up, behaviour, intoxication, capacity, licensing or safety reasons. We'll tell you what we know about a venue's door policy, but we can't overrule the venue.
4.5 If something changes
Venues sometimes change music, layout, opening nights or prices, or close at short notice. If a venue cancels or materially changes your booking, we'll tell you as soon as we know and try to offer alternatives. Any refund of money you paid the venue is a matter for the venue under its terms and your legal rights.
5. Hospitality and VIP packages
- How it works. Tell us the event, date, group size and budget. We check what is genuinely available through the organiser's hospitality programme and partner allocations, and come back to you. Packages are finite and are never guaranteed until a partner has confirmed them in writing.
- Before you pay, we confirm in writing: the package and what it includes, the event and date, the all-in price, who you pay and when, how your tickets or passes will be delivered, and the cancellation and refund terms that apply. The official provider's own conditions of sale and the venue's ground or event regulations apply to the package, and we will give you a copy or a link.
- Our role. When arranging tickets and hospitality, VIPListed takes booking enquiries on your behalf and places them through official channels: the organisers' own programmes and the sellers they appoint. We are not the event organiser or the seller of the tickets, and your ticket or package is supplied under the organiser's or partner's own terms and conditions.
- Football. We only offer UK football as hospitality packages booked through official channels, and we never sell football tickets on their own.
- Partner bookings. Where you book through a link to one of our partners, your contract is with that partner, and we may receive a commission from them at no extra cost to you (see our affiliate disclosure).
- Payment. Tickets and packages must be paid in full to confirm your booking unless a deposit is stated on your quote. Where a deposit applies, your quote states the deposit, the balance and the date the balance is due. If the balance is not paid by that date, we will remind you; if it is still unpaid 7 days after the reminder, we may cancel the booking and it is treated as a cancellation by you under the organiser's terms (see our refund and cancellation policy).
- Changes you ask for. If you want to change names, numbers or the package after confirmation, we will ask the provider. Any change is subject to availability, and any cost the provider charges for it is shown to you before you agree. We don't charge an extra fee for passing on a change.
- The confirmed price is fixed. Once we confirm a booking in writing, the price does not go up, unless you change the booking.
- Resale. Tickets are for the named guests only and may not be resold or transferred unless the organiser's terms allow it.
- Refunds. If we cannot secure your booking, we refund everything you have paid. Once your booking is confirmed, any Agency Service Fee is non-refundable, as our service has been carried out. If an event is cancelled or changed, refunds of the ticket or package price follow the organiser's terms, and we will help you claim them. See our refund and cancellation policy.
6. Prices and information
Club table minimum spends on VIPListed are guides taken from the venue at the time we checked; they change by night, demand and availability and may be shown in the local currency. Hospitality and VIP package prices are given when you enquire, at the official price with no mark-up. The price we confirm to you in writing, with any fee shown as its own line, is the one that applies.
We work to keep venue and event information accurate and up to date, but opening nights, line-ups, dress codes and other details are set by others and can change without notice. Please check the details we confirm to you before you travel.
7. How we are paid and our fees
For club tables, VIPListed is free for guests: we are paid by venues and promoters, usually a commission on tables we arrange, and you pay no booking fee.
For hospitality and VIP packages, we never add any mark-up to the official ticket or package price. We are paid either by a commission from the organiser or partner, at no cost to you, or by an Agency Service Fee for sourcing, securing and managing your booking. Any Agency Service Fee is shown before you pay, together with the all-in total, and charged as a separate line on your invoice. See how pricing works. We don't accept payment to describe a venue or event in a misleading way.
7A. Payments, VAT and chargebacks
- VAT and the total price. Every quote we give you shows the total you will pay, including any VAT and any fee, before you commit. Some providers publish hospitality prices “plus VAT”; where they do, we add the VAT before we quote you, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. VIPListed is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our Agency Service Fee.
- No card surcharge. We don't add a surcharge for paying by card.
- When tickets are released. Tickets, passes and booking details are released once your payment has cleared. Where the provider releases them close to the event, we tell you when to expect them.
- Talk to us first. If something has gone wrong with a booking, please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider; most problems can be fixed faster that way. This doesn't affect your right to raise a chargeback or a claim under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
- If a payment is disputed. If a payment is reversed or disputed, we will give your card provider the evidence of the booking, such as our written confirmation and the delivery record. While a dispute is open we may hold back tickets or passes that have not yet been used, and pause other bookings with us. If the dispute is decided in our favour, or the booking was delivered as confirmed, the amount reversed remains owed to us and we may recover it, with our reasonable costs of doing so.
- Business clients. If you book as a business and pay late, we may charge interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Using the site and attending venues
- You must be 18 or over to use our booking service. Some venues and countries set a higher age (often 21+). You'll need valid photo ID at the door.
- Give us accurate details, and only book for a group you're authorised to book for.
- Drink responsibly and follow local laws, venue rules and staff instructions. Laws on alcohol, dress and public behaviour differ from country to country.
- Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping or copying our content or data at scale, and no false or abusive messages to us or our partners.
We may decline a booking request, or stop dealing with anyone who breaks these terms or treats our team or partners abusively.
9. Venues, promoters and organisers who list with us
If you submit a venue, VIP table or VIP event to VIPListed (for example through our listing form), you confirm that:
- you are authorised to list it and to offer it for sale, and the booking link you give us is official or authorised;
- the information, prices and images you give us are accurate, not misleading, and yours to use (or you have permission);
- you hold the licences and permissions the venue or event needs, and you will comply with the law that applies to it, including consumer, licensing, advertising and ticketing law (in the UK, for example, the rules on football tickets and secondary ticketing).
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show, edit and promote what you submit on VIPListed and our social channels. We may decline, edit or remove any listing at any time. Any commission or fee is agreed with you separately in writing. You are responsible for honouring bookings we send you on the terms you gave us, and you agree to make good any loss we suffer because what you submitted was inaccurate, unlawful or infringed someone else's rights.
10. Our content
The site and its content (text, design, code and the VIPListed name and marks) belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use. Please don't copy, republish or reuse our content commercially without our written permission. Event names, artist names and logos belong to their owners.
11. Our responsibility to you
11.1 If you are a consumer
- We will provide our booking service with reasonable care and skill. If we don't, and you suffer a loss that was a foreseeable result, we are responsible for that loss.
- We are not responsible for what venues, promoters, event organisers or hospitality providers do or fail to do, including entry decisions, cancellations, changes, quality of service, or refunds of money paid to them, except where the loss is caused by our own breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care.
- We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, as our service is for private use.
- Our total liability to you for any booking is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking, including the ticket or package price and any fee. This limit doesn't apply to the liabilities in the next point.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
11.2 If you are a business (including venues, promoters and partners)
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, and our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of: the fees and commission you paid us in that period, and £500. Nothing in this section limits liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as venue closures, government or licensing action, travel disruption, severe weather, strikes, public health measures or failures of third-party systems. If one affects your booking, we'll tell you and help where we can.
13. Privacy and cookies
We use your details only to arrange your booking, reply to you and run the site. To arrange a table we share the details the venue needs (usually your name, group size, date and contact number). Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
14. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, tell us first and we'll try to put it right; we aim to reply within 5 working days. For hospitality packages, we will raise the issue with the provider for you.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts where you live.
15. General
- Changes. We may update these terms, for example when our services or the law change. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies from when it's published. For bookings already confirmed, the terms that applied when we confirmed apply.
- If part is invalid. If a court decides part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Third parties. No one other than you and us can enforce these terms.
- Transfer. We may transfer our rights under these terms to another company in our group or to a buyer of our business; it won't affect your rights.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms: message us on WhatsApp from any page, or email our contact address.
